Alux Rail is a versatile anchorage device that uses mobile devices (trolleys), for work in restraint, anti-fall, suspension, double rope.
The AluxRail is made of an extruded aluminium alloy profile that guarantees the product’s light weight, resistance to corrosion and weathering, and mechanical strength suitable for the various possible uses.
The rail is installed by attaching ceiling or wall brackets to the structure and, for use as a fall arrest device, the operator must connect their PPE to the high-slide carriage.
Fixing for fall arrest applications must be done every 8 m at the most.
In the case of use for suspension work, fixings must be positioned every 3 m.
The anchorage device complies with several technical standards: EN 795:2012 type D and 16415:2013 and also complies with the requirements of the Italian standard UNI11578:2015, as a permanent device against falls from height.
The ATEX version meets the criteria for use in potentially explosive environments, as certified by TUV in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU and standards EN 80079-36:2016 and EN 80079-37:2016 class II cat. 2.
It can also be used in zone 1 for dust-based and gas-based explosive atmospheres (group II2G, II2D).

The rail system component, must be fixedto the structure. made of 6060
aluminium alloy extrusion with a special profile.

Internal external wall elbows
Used to adapt the rail to the building geometry. Element composed of a 500 mm long straight section for each side of the elbow to be used to insert the system joint component and of an elbow section with a minimum radius of 600 mm.

Mobile anchor device (trolley)
The trolley, which can only be used on the ceiling, runs along the rail on teflon
wheels and is essential for rail use.
Materiale: casing in stainless steel AISI 304L and aluminium with
4 Teflon high sliding wheels
Mobile device for suspension work
To be used in combination with XR10. The main rope shall be connected to
XR10-S which is provided with a plate with two rubber breaks. The secondary
rope shall be connected to XR10.

Mobile device ATEX
The trolley, which can only be used on the ceiling, runs along the rail with Teflon and
brass wheels and is essential for using the rail in an Atex environment.

sliding wheels and 2 brass wheels.
Junction
Used to connect two rail sections. The grooves on the rail profile make screws
positioning easier.

Fixed trolley stop
Used to prevent accidental slider trolley release. Installed to the upper end, placing the latch on the rear of the rail. The use of two elements prevents from removing the trolley from the rail.
