Beverage Production – Ruspino

Genesi was contracted to secure the roofing for the San Pellegrino beverage plant.

All the flat roofs were secured with wall-fixed guardrail, while the vaulted roofs were secured with track, where there were reduced air rods, life line and anchorage points for restraint work.

The sheets of which the roofs were made, partly corrugated and partly corrugated, were not thick enough to accommodate the plate lifelines, so localized reinforcements were provided by means of custom-made steel plates riveted to the existing plates. The anchorage points and lifeline elements were then all installed on reinforcement plates that were in turn riveted to the roofs.
