Today, protecting the safety of workers is a key priority. Unfortunately, the lack of a proper safety plan can lead to accidents, sometimes serious, in the workplace. For this reason, safety legislation is becoming more and more stringent in order to prevent such circumstances.
Article 107 of Legislative Decree 81/08 defines work at height as those tasks that expose the worker to the risk of a fall from a height of at least 2 metres, calculated from any plane considered to be stable.
In all these cases, it is advisable to install fall protection systems, which may be, for example, guardrails, lifelines, rails or anchorage points.
